Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting our ERP and POS solutions, targeting clients in the food, beverage, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.

Identify potential clients and business opportunities, focusing on the food and beverage, hospitality, and retail industries.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.

Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with product development.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.

Track and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
