As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them in their product inquiries, preferences, and purchases to create a positive shopping experience.

Monitor and uphold the presentation and organization of the retail floor actively, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing, well-stocked, and correctly labeled to drive customer interest and boost sales.

Carry out precise and efficient point-of-sale transactions while strictly following company protocols, managing cash exchanges, and supervising daily reconciliation and reporting of cash transactions.

Partner closely with the sales team to outperform established sales benchmarks, taking the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products, recommend fitting choices, and provide product expertise that aligns with customer preferences.

Effectively and accurately process point-of-sale transactions, upholding company policies and procedures with utmost adherence, managing cash exchanges, and overseeing the daily reconciliation and reporting of cash transactions.

Keep up-to-date with product specifics, industry trends, and competitive landscape, equipping you to offer well-founded suggestions to customers, promptly resolve concerns or inquiries, and contribute to a cohesive and dynamic retail team environment.
