What’s on your plate?

Regular reporting and documentation of CRM campaign performance (key focus on CRM daily BAU’s and growth initiatives) with insights & suggestions/recommendations on improving future campaigns to ensure OKR success

Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with CRM strategies.

Build insights on CRM campaigns and suggest improvements

Track daily tasks assigned to CRM and verify the SLA

Writing copywriting briefs for CRM marketing campaigns, including developing content drafts for campaigns as per the pre-deﬁned message matrix/tool kits across CRM channels

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
