· Implementation of and compliance with standards and guidelines for the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and WMS related

tools.

· Developing and testing EDI/REST API interfaces for customers using data integration platform such as Lobster_Data.

· Design and configuration of documents and labels using BarTender and Jasper.

· Creation and execution of live dashboards using PowerBI and SQL Database.

· Requirement gathering by conducting IT workshops with customer. Understanding customer’s system and requirements in depth.

· Creation of user requirement specification document.

· Customer facing and project lead regarding interfaces and WMS implementation.

· Provide end user training on the agreed upon processes in the WMS as a part of each project implementation and prepare end user

training guideline documents.

· Upskill key users and operational warehouse team within IMEA countries.

· Professional management of IMEA WMS key users.

· Change request management.

· Participation in and execution of WMS and EDI projects.

· Act systematically and define priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones

· Being able to foresee future challenges and proactively plan solutions

· Identify improvement projects and be accountable for implementation

· Be able to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to flexible deadlines

· In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your team leader/manager

· Must be willing to travel within the region
