About the Client:

A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:

Manage the shipping and logistics operations for materials and equipment required for real estate projects

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure smooth transportation and timely deliveries

Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and correct documentation and negotiate with freight carriers to secure competitive rates and service agreements

Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and handle the documentation required for imports and exports

Liaise with the procurement and project teams to plan shipment schedules in line with project timelines
