HR and Admin Executive - Hemnet Properties

The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company operates smoothly and efficiently while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative expertise and HR knowledge, enabling them to support both the workforce and the management effectively. With a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience, the HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  6. Handle employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution.
  7. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  8. Support administrative functions such as office management and supply procurement.
  9. Prepare HR reports and analytics to assist management in decision-making.
  10. Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.

  3. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  8. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

  10. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Salary: AED 4000 - 7000[
