Group HR Manager - RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
- Oversee employee compensation, recruitment, and personnel policies.
- Manage performance assessments, regulatory compliance, and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk.
- Prepare and present reports on HR performance to senior management.
