Job Description:
- Proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations with effective supervision.
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met.
- Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
