· Properly assessing and analysing client's background information.
· Dealing with queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
· Providing underwriting opinions or responses within turnaround times and maintain quality of service at all times.
· Working with management to develop and implement underwriting efficiencies and review processes and procedures.
· Developing and maintaining good rapport with clients and insurance companies.
· Participating in continuing education courses to remain knowledgeable and competitive in the industry.
