Building Supervisor - RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description:
- Assess maintenance needs for the building and ensuring the instruction is given by the Property Manager before proceeding.
- Inspect general condition of the building and surrounding property for cleanliness, overall appeal and potential problems; evaluate and supervise building staff, assigning tasks and training new employees.
- Coordinate inspectors, vendors and contractors coming to the properties.
- Manage communal spaces of the building to ensure not to cause inconvenience to the tenants.
- Enforce building security and safety policies and training staff members on proper policy protocols.
