Construction Project Director - Mega Project - PIVOT Engineering & General Contracting
- Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversees project timeframes and project budgets, and ensures budgets are managed diligently and highlights any risks, challenges and mitigations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensures the successful delivery of the project in line with all stakeholders’ expectations communicating strategies to the wider client/ consultant/contractor team.
- Implement robust quality assurance and control measures to guarantee the highest standards in construction and engineering.
- Monitor project finances, including budget allocations, expenditure, and financial reporting. Implement cost saving measures without compromising project integrity and quality.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
