Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, with minimum 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and support our business objectives. You will oversee all marketing activities including social media, ensuring that our initiatives not only engage our audience but also drive growth and engagement across various channels, including digital, print, events, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Oversee social media strategy and presence, creating engaging content that reflects our brand voice and connects with our audience.
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand presence and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
