Senior HR and Training Manager – RTC1 Recruitment Services

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead the HR team in handling recruitment, employee welfare, training, and exit processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and address training needs, skill gaps, and development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs, focusing on technical, managerial, and soft skills and monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization and ensure effective training delivery through internal and external trainers, workshops, and e-learning platforms.
  • Develop and manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
