Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
  • Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services.
  • Manage customer bookings; always provide top-notch customer service.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.

  • Proven work experience as a call centre or similar role.
