About the Client:

A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:

Develop and implement a detailed construction plan for structural works, including timelines, resources, and sequencing for residential high-rise buildings and review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and plans before construction begins.
Oversee day-to-day site activities related to structural works, including concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and erection of structural components.
Ensure that construction activities comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the structural integrity of the building and inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure they meet the project’s specifications and standards.
