We’re looking for a long-term Project Manager to work directly alongside the owner, managing each project from conception through completion. Role Overview:
As our Villa Project Manager, you’ll bring your architectural and project management expertise to oversee and coordinate every detail of our exclusive villa projects. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on involvement and wants to work in an environment where their ideas and expertise are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of villa construction, ensuring each phase meets our high standards for timeline, budget, and quality.
- Serve as the central communication hub for architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, facilitating clear and proactive collaboration.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools to optimize planning, enhance documentation accuracy, and drive overall project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, and verifying all work aligns with project specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing clear, timely progress reports, budget updates, and schedule adjustments as needed.
- Establish daily communication with stakeholders, offering transparent updates on milestones and addressing any adjustments to timelines or scope.
