About the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.
Job Description:
§ Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed architectural shop drawings that align with client requirements.
§ Prepare and present detailed architectural working drawings for client approval, ensuring all design aspects are covered.
§ Work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and fabricators to address and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
§ Provide design layouts, technical solutions, and clarifications to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during project execution.
§ Review and check all submitted drawings to ensure they align with tender and IFC design drawings, coordinating with the project team to address any construction-related design queries.
